POLICIES
Fishing is subject to current regulations which can be viewed at www.marinefishing.gov .
-$200.00 minimum deposit must accompany each reservation date. - Deposit will be returned if cancellation is received 7 days prior
to charter date. - Deposit will be returned or your fishing
trip will be rescheduled due to unsafe weather (high winds). -
If the weather on your date will be unsafe, we will contact you and attempt to reschedule your trip. If we are not successful
in rescheduling, your deposit will be refunded. - Cancellation
is at the Captain's discretion.
Fishing Rods lost overboard by patrons will be billed to the fishing
party at replacement cost.
