| CAPT. JIM BEFORE COLOR FILM WAS POPULAR |

I have been fishing New England waters for over forty years.
My earliest and some of the happiest memories of my childhood are fishing with my father. My dad loved fishing and passed
his enthusiasm for the sport on to me. Those were truly memorable times that sparked a lifetime of adventure on the
water.
I
graduated from Medford Voc-Tech High School in 1980 with Electrical as my course of study. In 1983 I acquired my Journeyman
License, and Master Electrician's License in 1987. I founded Silvestro Brothers Electrical Contractors, Inc. (www.silvestrobrothers.com) and in 1987 the business was incorporated. Silvestro Brothers is a full service electrical contracting firm serving
three states. In 1989 I acquired my Coast Guard OUPV License, commonly called a six pack license, and upgraded to a
50 ton Masters License in 2007.
I am a lifelong member of the Mystic Wellington Yacht Club where I previously held the position
of Commodore. And member of the Falmouth Chamber of Commerce.
Fifteen
years ago I first sailed into the waters of Falmouth on an offshore Yellow Fin Tuna adventure. I fell in love with the
area and its natural beauty. Shortly after, my wife and I purchased a home in Falmouth and plan someday on retiring
here.
Captain
Jim's Charters have been sailing out of Falmouth for a few years and we have met some wonderful people. Many have become
regular guests aboard the PESCE, and lifelong friends. I look forward to each season with happy anticipation, when we
can again be on the water, sport fishing, and making memories with new and old friends.
Whether fishing for Striped Bass and Bluefish, or bottom fishing
for Sea Bass, Porgy, Squid, or Fluke (his favorite) he always has a good time.
